Gain the confidence you need for the signing table! This training is for new or experienced notaries looking to gain the hands-on experience with real estate transactions such as: ✓Buyer's Packages ✓Refinance Packages ✓Seller's Packages What to Expect: → Introduction: How to assume control and guide the signers through the signing. → Document Review: We'll go through a set of loan documents to understand their purpose. → Signing Process Simulation: Practice guiding signers through the signing process, ensuring all signatures are properly signed and notarized. → Cheat Sheet and Q&A: Ask questions and receive guidance on common issues and best practices.
Cancellation Policy
Our appointment will take place at Corporate Coworking at 5725 S Valley View Blvd, Ste 7, Las Vegas, NV 89118. Please let the receptionist know that you are meeting with Maylene. You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to our appointment time. No shows or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $50 fee.
