Service Description
What You'll Need: • A computer, phone, or tablet must have a working webcam. • Strong internet connection • Signers can use their state, drivers license, state ID, or US passport. • Must be U.S. citizen but does not need to be physically in the United States How It Works: 1. Book your appointment and upload your documents. 2. A link to your appointment will be sent to you prior to your appointment time. No application download is needed! 3. Once it is time for your appointment, click on the link and follow the prompts. 4. Connect with your notary and they'll lead the signing from there!
Cancellation Policy
Deposit and Fees Booking requires a $30 deposit towards the total service fee. The total includes notarization fees, travel fees, and signing service fees. All estate planning signings and real estate transactions have an all inclusive fee. For non-estate signings and loan signings, in the event that there is an additional signature that needs notarization and not accounted for when booking, the notary will inform you before proceeding of any additional charges. Identification Requirements Each individual requesting notarization service must present required identification at time of service. Identification must be present at time of appointment. If the appointment cannot be completed due to lack of identification or lack of preparedness by the client, a $30 travel fee will be charged. Cancellations and No-Shows All appointments require a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $30. No-show appointments will be charged the full service price. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation depending on the time of arrival.
