Cancellation Policy

Identification must be present at time of appointment. All appointments require a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid a $30 late cancellation fee. No-show appointments will be charged the full service price including the witness fees. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation depending on the time of arrival. Each individual requesting notarization service must present required identification at time of service. If the appointment cannot be completed due to lack of identification or lack of preparedness by the client, a $30 travel fee will be charged or if a $30 deposit was made, it will not be refundable and will not go towards next appointment.
